WHO I AM

I’m a happy, and fulfilled, work-at-home, homeschooling mom. I was pushed to become a WAHM after my third child was born prematurely.

Before I became a WAHM, I worked as a middle management executive in a conglomerate. I rose from the ranks and became a regional manager for credit management in a telecommunications company.  My goal was to be the division’s next vice president, but God has better plans.

My son is now 16 years old, and I’m still very much passionate about the career that I started right beside his crib.

I usually work at home, but lately, I’ve also been known to work outside the doctor’s office, in the car, at the piano teacher’s house, and in restaurants.

WHAT I DO

I’m a Virtual Assistant (VA) providing off-site office support to clients across the board, not with just one specific function or task. I learn your goals and requirements and work closely in helping you become more productive and effective. Vital, repetitive yet essential tasks, are taken out of your workload, allowing you to focus on strategic planning that will make your business more profitable. I work around your schedule and help level out the seasonal or cyclical fluctuations in the business. Working as a collaborative partner, I provide value-added services that can help your business gain competitive advantage.

MY WORK ETHICS

I am driven by integrity, accountability, commitment and professionalism. I acknowledge and respect my ethical responsibilities to clients. I commit to conduct myself responsibly, recognizing my limitations and providing services based on my level of competence.

My clients’ interest are most important to me, thus I make certain that I have the necessary competence and resources for the kind of support needed or may develop later, and always willing to learn new skills in the areas I am lacking.

I do not, and will never, use confidential information gained as a result of professional activities. I protect the confidentiality and proprietary information of all my clients.

As a responsible VA, I always inform clients of conditions that may limit my effectiveness at certain times, only guarantee results that are within my capacity to deliver and admit mistakes and take all measures possible to correct them, when applicable.

Trust is most valued and I commit to never break a client’s trust.
